About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented National Account Executive to support our ASDA AYR account. Working closely with National Account Managers, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing budgets, supporting negotiations, and delivering customer-focused strategies aligned with our commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
As a National Account Executive for Asda AYR(All Year Round), you will support the development and monitoring of sales volume budgets, forecasts, and costs, ensuring compliance with spending guidelines. You will partner with Trade Marketing to deliver pricing, promotions, and display activities, while also identifying opportunities to address client challenges and improve performance. Assist NAMs with contract negotiations and customer engagement to strengthen relationships and market insight, as well as maintain accurate customer master data to enable smooth operational processes.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting price changes at point of sale, communicating updates effectively across the sales team, and contributing to business development by identifying opportunities to expand distribution and secure new listings.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a commercially astute individual with strong negotiation and influencing skills. You will combine analytical ability with clear communication, demonstrating strong verbal and numerical reasoning. A confident and credible presence, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally, is key.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools—including social media—is essential.
