We're looking for an organised and customer-focused HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across Ferrero UK & Ireland. As a key member of the team, you'll help deliver a seamless employee experience by providing high-quality HR administration, payroll support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of HR activities, from onboarding and employee changes to payroll administration, reporting and HR systems. Working closely with colleagues across the People & Organisation function, you'll play an important role in ensuring our HR processes run efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless and professional HR service across Ferrero UK & Ireland.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence.
  • Support onboarding activities for new starters.
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within SAP HR and associated systems.
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure employee data and monthly changes are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Support employee queries through various channels, providing a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, audits, benefits administration, family leave processes, long service awards and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • You are an organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, Payroll or a Shared Services environment.
  • You enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and supporting employees through different stages of their employment journey.
  • You are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP HR, would be advantageous.
  • You may already be studying towards a CIPD qualification or be looking to further develop your HR knowledge and experience.
  • You bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent employee experience.
