Overview

Ferrero seeks a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Cost & Workforce Analyst to join the HR team. You will own general people costs, including salary and benefits planning, analysis, and reporting. You will forecast, monitor, and optimise workforce-related costs and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning & Budgeting: Lead the setup and maintenance of Ferrero’s salary and benefits planning tool (EVO). Forecast and model headcount and compensation costs, update standard costs, and create budget scenarios to support business planning. Provide analytical support during salary review cycles and partner with Reward to guide compensation evolution in line with business needs.
  • Cost Analysis & Financial Monitoring: Conduct monthly variance analysis on salary and benefits overheads using EVO and payroll data. Monitor and reconcile workforce-related overheads in SAP ECC and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with financial projections.
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as the go-to expert for HR Centres of Expertise on cost management and workforce financials. Evaluate financial implications of headcount requests and collaborate with Organisation & Improvement and other stakeholders to interpret workforce cost data across functions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver insightful reports for HR and Finance leadership, including salary cost trends, recharges, and cost centre breakdowns. Respond to ad hoc data requests with strategic insights for decision-making and planning.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on cost optimisation and analytics improvements. Track and report project-related costs to ensure alignment with budgets and business goals.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong financial and workforce planning expertise with the ability to work with complex datasets and financial models.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, budgeting and workforce planning principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ECC, EVO or similar HRIS/financial systems.
  • Confident communicator able to influence and build credibility with HR, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; collaborative across teams.
