About the Role
As a Regional Key Account Manager – Out of Home (OOH), you will lead the development and expansion of Ferrero’s Out-of-Home business across your assigned region. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, developing new business channels, and driving sustainable sales growth across Government, Institutional, and HoReCa segments.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Volume Planning & Forecasting: Collaboration with service provider team, KPI designing, driving, reviewing & structured feedback.
- Government Authority Management: Relationship management, negotiation & driving triple win approach.
- Sub Channel Development: Military canteens, naval canteens, airforce canteens, police canteens, railways, metros & airport stores channel development.
- Documentation Management: Government account needs paperwork submission for payments, listing, price changes, new product listing.
- Distributor Management: Distributor management for business transactions of railways, metros, naval & police canteens.
About You
- Graduate with 4 to 7 years experience in FMCG industry.
- Fluency in English & Telugu.
- Proven sales experience in Out of Home.
- Good at people management and negotiation skills.
