Job Description
About the Role: As an SSP (Continuous Improvement) Specialist, you will support the Plant\’s journey towards industrial excellence by analysing processes, identifying optimisation opportunities, and enabling sustainable performance improvements. Working closely with the SSP Manager, UGPs, and cross-functional teams, you will help embed Ferrero Operational eXcellence (FOX), Continuous Improvement (C.I.), and Digitalisation initiatives across the Plant. This role plays a key part in promoting a structured, data-driven approach to improvement, supporting project delivery, monitoring results, and ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained. You will act as a change agent within the Plant, encouraging engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement at all levels.
Responsibilities
