Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with requestors, ensuring clarity and accuracy in purchase requests, fostering seamless workflow and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Implement and adhere to procedures and policies for requisitioning and order management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Drive the creation of purchase orders and oversee related procurement activities, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist buyers and procurement category managers in compiling comprehensive price lists, facilitating streamlined procurement processes.
  • Proactively manage work item resolutions, addressing any quantity or vendor mismatches in collaboration with business process outsourcing partners and buyers.
