About the Role: At Ferrero, we create globally loved brands that bring moments of joy to people of all ages. Our Commercial team plays a critical role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across all channels, including the increasingly strategic eCommerce landscape. We are seeking a high-performing National Account Manager (12-month FTC) to lead our eCommerce agenda with Tesco. This role will be responsible for driving online growth across Tesco.com, ensuring strong digital shelf presence, promotional effectiveness and profitable delivery of the Joint Business Plan.

You will own the commercial relationship across the online channel, working closely with Tesco’s Buying and Online Trading teams, while collaborating internally with Trade Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, eCommerce and Net Revenue Management to deliver best-in-class execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Tesco eCommerce Joint Business Plan, ensuring alignment with Ferrero’s commercial strategy and Tesco’s online growth ambitions. This includes full P&L accountability, managing trade investment, promotional planning and margin optimisation to deliver agreed sales volumes, revenue and profitability targets.
  • You will drive digital shelf excellence, search visibility and online availability to maximise conversion and category performance, while leading commercial negotiations and activation planning in line with brand and revenue strategy.
  • A key aspect of the role will be accurate forecasting and performance tracking, identifying risks and opportunities within a fast-moving digital environment and proactively adjusting plans where required.
  • You will build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Tesco stakeholders, positioning Ferrero as a trusted and commercially credible partner.
  • Continuous monitoring of competitor activity, pricing dynamics and online shopper behaviour will inform data-led decision-making and sustainable growth.

About You:

  • You will bring strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset, with experience contributing to customer strategy and business planning within an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Experience working with Top 4 UK Grocery customers, and particularly exposure to Tesco or eCommerce trading, would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • You will be confident working with data to inform commercial decisions and comfortable using Excel and reporting tools to support forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Experience supporting Joint Business Plans, managing promotional investment or contributing to P&L discussions would be advantageous.
  • You are able to operate effectively within a matrix organisation, building strong internal and external relationships and collaborating across functions.
  • Above all, you are motivated to drive growth, take ownership of results and develop your commercial capability within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
