About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and detail‑focused individual to join the Ferrero team and play an important role in strengthening our Laboratory and Incoming Quality functions. This position sits at the core of our quality operations, combining technical administration with involvement in processes that help maintain the highest standards across our materials and laboratory activities. In this role, you will take responsibility for key quality control processes, manage essential documentation, and ensure our laboratory and incoming materials workflows run effectively. Your contribution will help us operate in line with Ferrero’s global guidelines and continue to maintain the high standards that underpin our technological excellence and position in the market.

Main Responsibilities: In this hands‑on and varied role, you’ll be central to maintaining our high-quality standards and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll handle deviation permits and non‑conformity reports, leading RCA and CAPA activity to drive meaningful improvements across the business. You’ll carry out inspections across our warehouses and logistics partners, work closely with suppliers on quotations, purchase requisitions and invoicing, and ensure our inventory and retention samples are accurately managed. You’ll also coordinate equipment servicing, calibration schedules and maintenance contracts, helping to keep everything running reliably. Your work will include creating and maintaining essential documentation such as SOPs, COSHH assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments. You’ll also manage the flow of samples to external laboratories, following defined sampling plans and reviewing results to support sound decision‑making. Alongside this, you’ll maintain document control processes to keep us audit‑ready. There will also be opportunities to contribute to key laboratory tasks, giving you the chance to broaden your skills and support the team where it matters most.

About You: We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of laboratory processes and procedures, ideally supported by a relevant degree. Experience with sample processing and analysis would be a real advantage. Familiarity with SAP is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should bring strong knowledge of quality management systems, including deviation management, root cause analysis and CAPA processes. Confidence in conducting inspections and audits across warehouses, logistics services and operational processes is important, along with the ability to spot issues and ensure standards are consistently met. Strong documentation skills are essential. You should feel comfortable creating and maintaining SOPs, COSHH assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments, while ensuring all documents remain compliant with regulatory requirements. An analytical mindset is key, enabling you to interpret data, identify trends and recommend appropriate actions. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach are also important, as you’ll be working closely with a range of teams across the business.
