We're looking for an organised and customer-focused HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers across Ferrero UK & Ireland. As a key member of the team, you'll help deliver a seamless employee experience by providing high-quality HR administration, payroll support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of HR activities, from onboarding and employee changes to payroll administration, reporting and HR systems.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Administrator within our HR Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and professional HR service across Ferrero UK & Ireland. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will support a wide range of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- You will be responsible for preparing contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence.
- Supporting onboarding activities for new starters.
- Administering employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers and leavers.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within SAP HR and associated systems.
- Working closely with Payroll to ensure employee data and monthly changes are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Supporting employee queries through various channels, including email, phone and ticketing systems.
- Contributing to HR reporting, audits, benefits administration, family leave processes, long service awards and continuous improvement initiatives.

About YouYou are an organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. You have previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, Payroll or a Shared Services environment, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and supporting employees through different stages of their employment journey. You are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP HR, would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of HR processes and employment administration.
You may already be studying towards a CIPD qualification or be looking to further develop your HR knowledge and experience. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent employee experience.
