Prepararás las condiciones fÃsicas y operativas del almacén para garantizar resultados óptimos en auditorÃas de Calidad, tanto internas como externas.
Supervisarás y controlarás el recurso operativo asignado, garantizando el surtido correcto y completo de materiales y materias primas a las áreas productivas, asà como la continuidad del proceso de producción.
Monitorearás las condiciones operativas (saturación del almacén, paros productivos, entre otros) para comunicar posibles riesgos a la gerencia, con el objetivo de que se implementen acciones preventivas.
Estandarizarás la operación del almacén para cumplir con los KPI y PI operativos, alineados a los objetivos generales del área y del grupo.
Evaluarás el desempeño del personal operativo para asegurar una correcta asignación de responsabilidades.
Asegurarás la exactitud del inventario para garantizar una disponibilidad confiable de materiales.
Experiencia: MÃnimo 2 años en el rol de Supervisor(a) de Almacén en el giro de artÃculos de consumo y/o alimenticio.
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas o IngenierÃa (titulado/a).
Conocimientos: Manejo de SAP y Excel nivel intermedio.
Competencias: Gestión de equipos, orientación a resultados e integración organizacional.
