Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with requestors, ensuring clarity and accuracy in purchase requests, fostering seamless workflow and compliance with established guidelines.
- Implement and adhere to procedures and policies for requisitioning and order management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Drive the creation of purchase orders and oversee related procurement activities, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist buyers and procurement category managers in compiling comprehensive price lists, facilitating streamlined procurement processes.
- Proactively manage work item resolutions, addressing any quantity or vendor mismatches in collaboration with business process outsourcing partners and buyers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and category managers, promptly addressing any emerging issues, and facilitating escalation processes when necessary.
- Enable contract management within the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance, particularly at our headquarters.
