Als Junior HR Business Partner sind Sie Teil des HR Business Partner Teams im Bereich People & Organization. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Center of Expertises sowie den Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern aus den Funktionsbereichen zusammen.

  • HR Business Partner eines definierten Bereichs, inkl. Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern sowie Umsetzung personeller Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarif- sowie arbeitsvertraglicher Regelungen;
  • Steuerung des Recruitingprozesses (intern und extern);
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen;
  • Koordination von übergeordneten People Business Partner Projekten und Prozessen;
  • HR-Controlling (z.B. Headcount- und Personalkostenplanung);
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat;
  • Nutzung von Personaldaten, Analysen und Erkenntnissen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategien zur Verbesserung der Employee Experience.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation;
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem internationalen, idealerweise produzierenden Unternehmen;
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht;
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz;
  • Umgang mit Komplexität und Erfahrung mit Matrixstrukturen;
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit;
  • Offenheit, Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft;
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Konfliktfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein;
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
