Joining our Brand Marketing Internship means becoming part of a dynamic and commercially focused team that drives brand growth, innovation and consumer engagement. This internship offers meaningful, hands‑on experience within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support brand performance analysis, campaign execution and cross‑functional collaboration, contributing to the continued success of iconic brands.
We are hiring across six brand areas: Nutella, Pralines, Tic Tac, Kinder, Better For You and Ice Cream. You will be treated as an integral member of the marketing team, contributing to real business priorities and gaining exposure to commercial strategy, innovation planning and brand activation. Alongside day‑to‑day responsibilities, you will have opportunities to connect with fellow interns and gain insight into how marketing shapes brand performance within a global organisation.
Main Responsibilities:- Tracking and analysing brand performance data (including sales and brand equity), as well as monitoring competitor activity and new product developments using market insight tools.
- Supporting cross‑functional collaboration on packaging updates, campaign execution, digital content and brand assets.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, performance reports and materials for internal and senior stakeholder meetings.
- Contributing to event coordination, product launches and seasonal initiatives in partnership with sales, e‑commerce and global teams.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, curious about how brands grow in competitive markets, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast‑paced team environment. You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree‑level qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

The internship will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on‑site presence is a key requirement of the programme.
Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12‑month internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, an unrestricted right to work or a visa that permits full‑time employment for the entire programme. In accordance with UK legislation, evidence of the right to work will be required before the internship begins.
