Als Junior HR Business Partner sind Sie Teil des HR Business Partner Teams im Bereich People & Organization. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Center of Expertises sowie den Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern aus den Funktionsbereichen zusammen.
- HR Business Partner eines definierten Bereichs, inkl. Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern sowie Umsetzung personeller Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarif- sowie arbeitsvertraglicher Regelungen;
- Steuerung des Recruitingprozesses (intern und extern);
- Beratung und Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen;
- Koordination von ĂĽbergeordneten People Business Partner Projekten und Prozessen;
- HR-Controlling (z.B. Headcount- und Personalkostenplanung);
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat;
- Nutzung von Personaldaten, Analysen und Erkenntnissen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategien zur Verbesserung der Employee Experience.
Voraussetzungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation;
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem internationalen, idealerweise produzierenden Unternehmen;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht;
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz;
- Umgang mit Komplexität und Erfahrung mit Matrixstrukturen;
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit;
- Offenheit, Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft;
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Konfliktfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein;
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
