For our Global HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Industrial Excellence Manager. This is a strategic position focused on driving Process Excellence through the implementation of TPM and WCM methodologies across multiple production sites for the Europe Area. You will enhance industrial performance by improving OEE and OAE and eliminating losses. For this role, you will report to the Europe Area Industrial Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of key TPM tools, particularly AM/PM.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure that TPM initiatives are sustained over time and supported by robust problem-solving methodologies.
  • Train local teams in root cause analysis to strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Drive cultural change by promoting Manufacturing Excellence thinking and practices across the organization.
  • Engage and inspire employees to foster a strong collaborative environment where TPM principles are understood, embraced, and applied in day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and KAIs to track progress of TPM initiatives and use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Assess and validate the maturity of the program’s implementation at plant level by conducting structured audit and assessment plans.
  • Provide coaching to local teams on the TPM/WCM methodology using a 'train-the-trainer' approach.
  • Consolidate findings and report in the Group-level overview, highlighting the progress of local initiatives, training sessions, audits, assessments, and related results.
  • Define relevant progress indicators, follow-up actions, and communication plans while ensuring all related activities comply with industry regulations, as well as H&S and F&S standards.

About You:

Thanks to your master's degree in engineering or a related scientific field, along with at least 15 years of experience in diverse manufacturing roles—including solid expertise in TPM/Lean manufacturing implementation with focus on Autonomous Maintenance and line experience from previous leadership positions within FMCG Operations organizations—you will bring valuable insights to the team. Your background includes in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM/TPM) and Lean principles, including methodologies and tools such as standard work in Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Management and all technical pillars of such methodology.

Supported by recognized certifications such as Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt), you will demonstrate a strong ability to apply problem-solving techniques in highly complex and ambiguous environments, characterised by cultural diversity, varying levels of organizational maturity, and a broad range of technologies and products, particularly in the context of ongoing mergers and acquisitions. In addition, you will bring a strong ability to lead and coach global cross-functional teams in complex and diverse Operations environments. Your international experience—including the management of senior teams across regions—demonstrates your capacity to operate effectively at a global level, a critical requirement for this role.

You will benefit from your experience in driving cultural change (change agent), engaging multinational employees, as well as communicating and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, from shopfloor workers to C-suite level. Fluency in English is essential; you will have to travel of up to 75%. You bring the adaptability, resilience and cultural awareness to operate successfully in diverse environments.
