Ferrero is looking for a Supply Chain Development Data Analyst to support the continuous improvement, performance management and analytical capability of our UK & Ireland Supply Chain function. This is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of Supply Chain, providing analytical insight and supporting decision-making across Demand & Supply Planning, Commercial Logistics, Industrial Logistics, Customer Services & Collaboration, Co‑Packing, Product Flow Management and Continuous Improvement activities.
Acting as a key analytical partner to Supply Chain leaders and teams, you will help transform data into meaningful business insights, enabling fact‑based decision‑making and driving operational excellence. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining data management and analytics programmes, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to create clear priorities across the function. You will consolidate, validate and analyse data across multiple Supply Chain teams, ensuring data sits at the heart of decision‑making. You will also help strengthen data quality, governance and reporting standards, while supporting colleagues to build confidence and capability in the use of data and analytics. Alongside performance management responsibilities, you will play an important role in supporting Ferrero's Continuous Improvement agenda.
Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Continuous Improvement teams, you will support improvement initiatives, benefit tracking and the development of standardised reporting tools and analytical processes that improve visibility, performance and business growth.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will take ownership of driving improvements in Supply Chain performance reporting, ensuring KPI and operational data is accurately consolidated, validated and analysed to provide meaningful insight into business performance. A key aspect of the role will be helping teams use data more effectively through trend analysis, structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives that support business objectives.
You will develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes and enhance data visibility across the Supply Chain function. Working closely with Supply Chain leaders and functional teams, you will support performance review meetings, strategic projects and business improvement initiatives by providing robust analysis, scenario modelling and decision support. You will help measure the effectiveness of improvement programmes, track benefits realisation and ensure performance outcomes are clearly understood and communicated. The role will also support data governance activities, helping to improve data accuracy, consistency, integrity and usage across Supply Chain. You will contribute to the development of standard KPI definitions, reporting structures and analytical frameworks, ensuring a consistent approach to performance management across the business.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience within a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG or Retail environment where you have been responsible for analysing data and supporting operational or strategic decision‑making. You will have strong analytical and technical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools. Experience working with analytical models, reporting tools and data‑driven decision‑making processes would be advantageous.
You will be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and translating technical information into clear business recommendations that drive action. You will possess strong problem‑solving skills and enjoy investigating issues through structured analysis and root cause identification. Your ability to influence stakeholders, communicate insights effectively and challenge constructively will be critical in helping the business improve performance and achieve its objectives.
Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Transformation or Supply Chain Development initiatives would be highly advantageous, as would experience helping teams adopt new ways of working, improve reporting capability or utilise data more effectively.
