About the Role:
At Ferrero, we work with great ideas to win the hearts of many families around the world, and you can be part of the team that contributes to making Ferrero's brands even more extraordinary. Join the team in a role as a Buyer where you will consolidate the correct sourcing of general purchases in the categories of Consulting, Marketing, and Sales, as well as MKT research, both in plant and Business Unit by analysing the market and managing negotiations to obtain the goods or services required, focused on compliance with the group's General Purchasing policy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure costs as negotiated and generate the POβs for goods and/or services required by the business, to guarantee the sending and receipt of the PO to the supplier.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the acquisition of goods or services at the best cost-quality-time of delivery and establish long-term strategic relationships.
- Collect supplier documentation in each tender, as well as register suppliers in SAP, always adhering to company processes to ensure suppliers have financial support to avoid future risks.
- Follow up on the existence of contracts and/or terms and conditions before requesting a service, in accordance with current policy.
- Generate the PO report to conduct spending analysis and follow up on the confirmation of delivery of goods or services.
- Support the strategy to standardise or reduce the number of POβs and suppliers.
- Track the completion of the payment process to suppliers.
Requirements:
- SAP Ariba experience.
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing purchases, BTL activations, or related areas.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale campaigns and sales support.
- Understanding of POP materials, such as displays, types of cardboard flute, promotional structures, and advertising refrigerators.
- Familiarity with OCET strategies and digital marketing.
- Coordination of promotional activities with internal areas and external agencies.
- Follow-up and execution of campaigns in a timely manner.
