As a Field Sales Developer at Ferrero, youâll play a crucial role in Distributor Collaboration. Youâll maintain close contact with distributor sales teams to enhance the implementation of Ferreroâs planned activities, including product layouts, shelf visibility improvements, and optimizing assortments. Your strong Market Engagement and Analysis will involve visiting stores daily, collecting market data, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring Ferrero products are visible and accessible.
In Sales Development, youâll suggest sales improvements aligned with distributors, store potential, and Ferreroâs priorities, while maintaining accurate and timely daily reports in the ARGUS system according to your KPIs. Routine Office Tasks include weekly check-ins with the Field Sales Manager for feedback and updates, keeping you aligned with Ferreroâs brand priorities.
With at least one year of experience in a sales role, youâll be ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact. A University degree is considered an asset, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
To thrive in this role, youâll need knowledge of English, strong MS Office proficiency, and a valid driverâs license. Youâll bring strong communication and negotiation skills, solid organizational abilities, and a resultsâoriented mindset. A teamâspirited approach and a customerâfocused attitude will be essential to your success.
