We are looking for a Commercial Supply Chain Specialist with 1â3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, or warehousing. In this role, you will support the smooth and efficient flow of goods by managing warehouse activities, monitoring distribution performance, and ensuring that products reach their destination on time. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to keep operations running seamlessly while keeping costs under control.
Strong communication, solid organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across functions are key to succeeding in this position. You will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring that 3PL providers meet service expectations and that goods are received, stored, and distributed accurately and on time. You will oversee stock levels, monitor distribution issues, and handle the necessary administrative tasks such as invoices and delivery notes. You will also prepare regular warehouse productivity reports to support effective decisionâmaking.
You will be responsible for local transportation management, checking monthly and adâhoc performance, coordinating multiâdestination deliveries, and using SKU Priority tools to plan and follow up on shipments. Your role will require strong collaboration with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transport operations.
To succeed, you should bring handsâon experience in warehouse operations, distribution processes, and the coordination of local transportation activities. Solid Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP S4H are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossâfunctional teams are important, as you will interact with a wide range of partners and internal colleagues.
A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Economics is preferred, and fluency in Greek and English is mandatory. You are a motivated professional with 1â3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or warehouse environments, and you enjoy working in fastâmoving settings where accuracy and good coordination make a real difference.
You feel confident managing warehouse processes, understanding distribution flows, and supporting daily operations that ensure products move smoothly from storage to final delivery. You bring strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP S4H, using them to find information, track data, and keep operations aligned.

You like being organized, solving problems, and keeping things running efficiently.
