About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Undergraduate degree from one of the following institutions: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), or St. Stephen's College
2. Chartered Accountant qualification with a national rank in final examinations
3. Degree in engineering, commerce, or economics with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or equivalent
4. Current or recent front-office Analyst role at a global investment bank such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA, Citi, Jefferies, Moelis, Houlihan Lokey, or Investec with experience in India Coverage, Domestic M&A, or Onshore Execution
5. Current or recent role at Avendus Capital or Kotak Investment Banking OR current or recent Business Analyst, Associate, or Associate Consultant role at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney
6. Experience in financial modelling, valuation, commercial due diligence, or M&A execution
7. Experience pitching to or advising Indian clients or promoters directly
8. Direct involvement in live deal execution, onshore transactions, or client-facing advisory work in India
