We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development and optimization of large language model (LLM) applications for enterprise environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of prompt engineering to deliver robust AI solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models
- Create and optimize complex prompts for various business applications
- Conduct systematic prompt testing and refinement to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Analyze model outputs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into existing systems
- Develop frameworks and best practices for prompt engineering across projects
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing enterprise-level AI solutions
- Extensive hands-on experience working with major LLM platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, including the creation of complex, multi-step prompts
- Proven track record in prompt testing methodologies and iterative refinement processes
Technical Skills:
- Highly proficient in data analysis, including statistical methods and data visualization
- Strong programming skills in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with API integration and system architecture for AI applications
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Knowledge of AI safety, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Understanding of natural language processing fundamentals
