Blue Rhino Propane is seeking a Part-Time Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves inspecting and transporting propane cylinders by loading and unloading with a forklift for Blue Rhino delivery drivers. In-house OSHA certified training is provided. Benefits 401(k) plan with generous company match Paid time off Paid training Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Responsibilities Transport propane cylinders safely around the yard using a forklift Handle and maintain flow of materials and products following safety guidelines Work evening hours and weekends as needed Complete and submit log sheets, BOLs, packing slips, and other paperwork Document forklift inspections before shifts for safety and OSHA compliance Inspect vehicle regularly and notify supervisor of maintenance needs Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Assist with other staffing needs when not operating the forklift Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, understand, and pass required training and exams 1+ years of work experience preferred At least 18 years old Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds in all weather conditions Commitment to providing superior customer service Legal authorization to work in the United States; must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or have work authorization Blue Rhino cares about its employees, the environment, and the community.
