A leading global Professional Services Consultancy in central London is looking for an EA to support one - two Partners who are super passionate about their work. Due to the nature of high profile clients, they are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and grammar/spelling to produce documentation to a high standard. The ability to build relationships, network and maintain these relationships across various platforms is key to the role. Looking for a fully accomplished EA who is accustomed to working in a client centric environment, who enjoys a super-fast paced role and enjoys "doing the doing".
Key EA duties:- Complex, demanding and ever-changing diary management.
- Maintaining client relationships and scheduling business development meetings.
- Stakeholder management.
- Preparation of the day ahead - Diary management, travel and meeting arrangements.
- Preparation of presentations and pitch documentation.
- Organising business events.
- Project Coordination.
- Document production, formatting and proof reading.
- CRM work.
- Educated to at least A-level or equivalent.
- Able to produce first-class quality written work, being a beacon for accuracy!
- Must demonstrate some interest in and awareness of current affairs and be commercially aware.
- Able to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment, where plans and priorities can change frequently, requiring a calm and can-do attitude.
- Must be able to build good working relationships with people at all levels - particularly within the EA network.
- Must have at least 3 years + experience working in a client centric environment.
