A leading Executive Search consultancy is looking for an EA to work in the Financial Services team supporting the Head of of FS practice.
This is a fast paced environment and one where you will work closely with the Partner group and a range of client stakeholders, managing multiple recruitment mandates.
They would love someone from a Search or FS background or at least 3 years as an EA (1:1/1:2 support) in a fast paced, client facing professional services business. Must have experience of liaison with external clients on a daily basis
The role will include management of diaries, extensive meeting co-ordination, interview management, production of reports and presentations and keeping on top of the recruitment projects.
Essential to be able to keep ahead of the curve, be up to date on what's going on at all times and manage the projects effectively.
Key duties:
- Complex diary management
- Complex travel and meeting arrangements
- Coordination of search mandates
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Updating of CRM system
- Project support
- Formatting and proof reading of documents
