We’re working with a high-calibre, global professional services business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a key Fee Earner within their busy Interim practice, alongside light support to two Directors. The role is not a traditional EA role and will operate in a broader sales enablement capacity, acting as the interface between Sales, Finance, and Contracts & Compliance. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role in a nimble, growing firm with a genuinely lovely culture. If you enjoy being close to the action, thrive in a client-facing environment, and like making things run better, this could be a brilliant next step.

The Role

  • You’ll primarily support a senior Interim Fee Earner with additional diary and meeting support to two Directors.
  • While delivery teams manage assignments, this role plays a critical part in keeping everything moving smoothly.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Heavy diary, scheduling and meeting coordination
    • Supporting the full post-placement administration process: contracts, assessments, references, onboarding, compliance
    • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
    • Providing business development admin support, helping streamline and improve processes
    • Managing competing priorities in a high-volume, high-energy interim team (30–40 assignments per month)

There’s real scope to shape and improve how things are done, particularly around BD support and workflow efficiency — perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership and adding commercial value.

About You

  • Background in recruitment (interim, temp, perm or search) is strongly preferred
  • Highly organised, confident and professional
  • Comfortable working at pace with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Commercially minded and solutions-focused
  • Enjoys being in a busy, collaborative office environment

The Company

  • Global business with around 60 people in London
  • Agile, non-corporate structure — grown-up, trusting environment
  • Social, friendly team with a genuinely positive culture
  • Client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset

Package & Benefits

  • £50-55,000 salary
  • Bonus
  • Private healthcare
  • Pension
  • Unlimited holiday policy
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Mon, Tue, Thu)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong EA or senior recruitment administrator who enjoys pace, responsibility and being close to the commercial heartbeat of a business.
