You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.This is a fast-paced dynamic warehouse environment and involves physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 20kg) and standing / walking for extended periods of time (up to 7.5 hours depending on shift).Key Responsibilities:Receive, unload, and check incoming goods for quality and quantityAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company proceduresOperate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet trucks and forklifts (training provided if required)Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory recordsEnsure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulationsAssist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficientlyCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targetsReport any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to managementFollow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safetyEssential Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred but not essentialAbility to work physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periodsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processingFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends if requiredBasic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasksWorking Conditions:Fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environmentPhysically demanding role with manual handling, lifting and products up to 20kgCompliance with safety standards is essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive pay rates and benefits packageTraining and development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunities for career progression within the companyNot the right fit?
