The part you’ll play:

  • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stock Keeper (permanent contract) to join our team in London.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.
  • Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
  • Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
  • Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
  • Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management.
  • Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in retail or a similar role.
