The part you’ll play:

  • You will join us in our Bicester Village Store as a Full-Time Senior Client Advisor reporting directly to the Store Management.
  • Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them.
  • Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations.
  • Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring:

  • A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
  • Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
  • Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in the fashion/luxury retail.
  • Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
