Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client.
  • Actively engage in the wider community and seek inspiration from other industries to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment.
  • Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team and taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes.
  • Coach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (selling ceremony, visual guidelines, grooming standards, procedures, etc).
  • Conduct regular reviews with the team to increase team performance and further develop their skills.
  • Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals.

Languages: Proficiency in English; Italian language will be advantageous.
