As Store Manager at our beautiful flagship boutique in Old Bond Street, London, your mission will include:
- Designing, leading, and driving store strategy to achieve the best sales performance by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client.
- Actively engaging in the wider community and seeking inspiration from other industries to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative, and approachable environment.
- Role modelling best-in-class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team and taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes.
- Coaching the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Conducting regular reviews with the team to increase performance and further develop their skills.
- Building and maintaining relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset.
- Keeping momentum towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals.
You are a leader, a nurturer, a natural connector with a passion for helping others develop and express their true potential.
