Design, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client. Actively engage in the wider community and seek inspiration from other industries to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment.
Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team and also take action to solve problems with positive outcomes. Coach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (selling ceremony, visual guidelines, grooming standards, procedures, etc).
Conduct regular reviews with the team to increase team performance and further develop their skills. Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals.

Languages: proficiency in English, Italian language will be advantageous.
