The role you’ll play:

• We are seeking a Shoes Category Specialist with an authentic passion for luxury shoes and a refined, client-centric approach. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will act as a reference point for the shoes category, elevating both performance and the client experience through expertise, storytelling, and relationship‑building.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably within a high-end shoe or luxury brand.
• Exceptional knowledge of shoes category, craftsmanship, and materials, combined with a genuine passion for artisanal excellence.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sensitivity to fit, comfort, and quality.
• Very good communication skills, characterised by empathy, discretion, composure, and the ability to place the client at the heart of every interaction.
• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous desire to deepen expertise within the shoes category.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Italian or Arabic) are considered an asset.
• Proven ability to cultivate long-term client relationships through CRM strategies and personalised initiatives.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset, contributing to team performance and excellence on the selling floor including other store’s category.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a Client Advisor and shoes authority on the sales floor, offering expert guidance on fit, construction, materials, and functionality.
• Translate the shoes collection into a compelling narrative, articulating craftsmanship, design intent, and performance with elegance and authenticity.
• Build enduring client relationships founded on trust, consistency, and expert counsel within the footwear category.
• Take full ownership of the shoes category’s performance, driving results, sharing expertise with the team, supporting training initiatives, and elevating category knowledge across the boutique.
