The Role: Our platform is experiencing explosive growth and requires ongoing architecture upgrades to handle the ever increasing complexity, all while delivering new features at a rapid pace. As a DevOps Engineer you will work alongside our VP Engineering and help build our function from 0 - 1. Our product is like a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle—except the pieces are finance, logistics, and industrial processes. You’ll need to quickly get up to speed and see the big picture. Key Requirements:

• 5 years of solid software engineering experience before moving into DevOps.
• Startup Samurai: You’ve survived (and thrived in) the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of startups. You know how to move fast, iterate quickly, and deliver results without losing your cool—or your code.
• 10x Engineer: Your code isn’t just good—it’s artisanal. You write clean, efficient code that’s as smooth as a fine-aged wine and as strong as a double espresso.
• Complexity Slayer: Simplicity isn’t just a goal, it’s your religion. You turn spaghetti code into streamlined elegance, and you believe that every feature should be as easy to use as pouring a glass of wine.
• Tech Polyglot: You’re fluent in multiple programming languages, showing you not only have a passion for coding but also an unquenchable thirst for learning new skills.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
