Cluck Yeah is a small start-up chicken concept.

Our goal is to be different from all the other chicken restaurants in the market.

At the core of the business is our team members and we are looking for team members who are fun, positive, friendly and proactive.

We operate as family, we love good food, good music and most importantly a good laugh!

Your key responsibilities

As a team member you will take on key responsibilities from the get go.

We will provide you with training on the job.

This will include cooking and preparing food, serving customers and working on the tills.

Once trained in all areas you will be assigned a role in which we believe suits you best.

We strongly value all our customers and will expect you to build a relationship with our customers, customer service is paramount within Cluck Yeah!

As we are start up you will have a huge involvement in the development of the business through providing and suggesting operational changes, curating and developing new menu ideas and helping develop our social media channels

Are you right for the job?

No experience is required for this job; we will make sure all team members are provided with the highest level of training.

Training will continue throughout the job and you will be given opportunities to go on courses for further development of skills.

We offer competitive hourly rates above national minimum wage.

We offer contracted hours so you will be guaranteed hours!

Hours are also flexible and can be changed to accommodate your needs.

Employees, will be entitled to a free meal on shift and will also benefit from 20% discount.

Staff will also gain bonuses based on weekly sales targets.

There will also be an employee of the month so our top performing workers do not go unrecognised.
