You already run an OIC and/or MOJ caseload. The question is whether you're running it somewhere that lets you do it well.

Fernstone is a Claimant PI firm in the middle of a serious rebuild: new ownership, new investment, and a move to cutting-edge legal technology.

We're hiring experienced handlers who want fewer files, better files, and the tools to actually move them.

The role

  • Your own caseload of fast-track RTA and EL/PL claims, pre-lit through to settlement
  • Real ownership of liability disputes, quantum and litigation strategy
  • Sensible caseload targets: set deliberately, and defended
  • Three days in our Chester office, two from home
  • What you'll bring
  • 3–4 years' experience handling personal injury claims
  • Hands-on OIC & MOJ portal caseload experience: you know where it stalls and how to unstick it
  • Working knowledge of the CPR and the fixed-costs regime
  • The organisation to run a caseload without being chased
  • Why here
  • We're investing in the technology to take repetitive admin off your desk: we'd rather pay you to think
  • Flat structure: your team lead handles files too, and the MD reads the numbers weekly
  • Clear path to Senior Handler / Team Lead as we grow: we promote on performance, not tenure

What we offer

  • 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Hybrid working and flexibility on how you build your week
  • Health and wellbeing programme via Medicash
  • Enhanced employer pension contributions

If you've been carrying a bloated caseload on creaking systems and you know you're better than your current file count allows, let's talk.

Fernstone is an inclusive employer. We welcome applications from everyone, and we'll make any reasonable adjustment you need during the process: just tell us on your application
