Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions. This full-time role (39.375 hours per week, days) combines care, therapy support and companionship to help residents progress toward personal goals.
You will work with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to follow rehabilitation plans, encourage independence, and support daily living activities. Prior care experience is welcomed but not essential.
