What you’ll be doing:

Deliver pre-planned lessons during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Create a calm, positive and productive learning environment where pupils can learn successfully and achieve their potential.

Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently, following school policies and encouraging pupils to make positive choices.

Support pupils' learning, progress and personal development through effective supervision, guidance and encouragement.

Work closely with teachers and colleagues, providing feedback on pupil participation, achievement and behaviour.

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff, contributing to a supportive and inclusive school community.

Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued and supported.
