Our client, a well-established Legionella and Water Hygiene consultancy with contracts across the commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial sectors, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Remedial Plumber to join their growing operations team.

The Remedial Plumber role will involve carrying out a wide range of remedial plumbing and water hygiene works across commercial and industrial sites, ensuring all work is in line with industry safety guidelines.

Duties for the Remedial Plumber will include:

  • Deadleg removals
  • TMV servicing, installation and replacement
  • Expansion vessel installations and replacements
  • Pipework modifications and alterations
  • Tank inspections, repairs and replacements
  • General plumbing maintenance across domestic hot and cold-water systems
  • Maintain site logbooks including recommendations for future work.

Experience required for the Remedial Plumber:

  • Previous experience carrying out Legionella remedial plumbing works
  • Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing
  • Experience working on commercial sites as part of a team and when needed independently
  • DBS Checked
  • Full UK driving licence
