Water Hygiene Engineer – Solihull (covering The Midlands) £28000-£30000 + Overtime + Van (Private use) – based on a 40-hour week Privately owned Water Consultancy who cover UK wide are expanding their Midlands water hygiene team and currently require a Water Hygiene Engineer with a minimum of 3 years consistent career track record working in a similar role. You will work across a diverse portfolio of sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, care homes/assisted living centres and local government buildings. Currently duties for the Water Hygiene Engineer will include: * Collecting water samples from taps, tanks, and outlets for testing. * Monitoring and record water temperature. * Servicing thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and water treatment equipment. * Conducting visual inspections of water systems to identify issues. * Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) logbooks accurately. The successful Water Hygiene Engineer will ideally have the following background: * Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer * Ideally have attended training on water hygiene and legionella awareness * Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) * A full UK driving licence This Water Hygiene Engineer role offers excellent training and the opportunity to gain new skills and experiences as well as regionalised work, structured work schedules and a clear career path allowing you to progress internally within the business.
