Legionella Risk Assessor – Based in Berkshire £35,000‑£34,000 + Car + Benefits
Environmental and FM Consultancy with its head office in Berkshire is looking for an additional Legionella Risk Assessor to join the business and work on key contract sites across the London / South‑East region. Established 15 years ago, our client works across HealthCare, Education, Offices and the Public sector, and provides complete end‑to‑end solutions to customers covering new builds, refurbishments and listed buildings.
The Legionella Risk Assessor will work on a range of systems including hot and cold‑water systems, CWST, TMV's and Deadlegs and will then write detailed reports including schematic drawings and provide clients with detailed information for further works to ensure site compliance.
- 5+ years working as a Risk Assessor covering both commercial and residential sites
- Ideally hold at least 1 industry qualification (Foundation or Advanced)
- Have a thorough understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 regulations
- Full driving licence (Manual or Automatic)
- DBS checked
The Legionella Risk Assessor will receive a full benefits package including Car, Fuel Card, Phone, Laptop, 25 days holiday, Bonus Scheme and will be afforded 2 days a week to work from home for report writing and site planning.
