Leading Building Services Consultancy focused solely on the commercial market are expanding their Mechanical division. They currently require a Commercial Gas Engineer to work on a range of sites including:
- Schools and Educational establishments
- Retail outlets
- Hospitality venues
- Government buildings
Duties of the Commercial Gas Engineer will include:
- Installation of gas appliances and systems
- Maintenance and servicing of gas appliances and undertake fault-finding and repairs on heating systems, boilers, and gas appliances
- Gas Safety Inspections
- Partake on a 1 in 8 call-outs rota
- Complete and maintain accurate service reports and certificates
Requirements:
- 5+ years working as a qualified Gas Engineer (Commercial only)
- Qualifications to include - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1
- Excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face to face, maintaining site standards
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- A full UK driving licence
