£30,000-£35,000 + Van + Benefits
Facility Management Consultancy who specialise in commercial projects in the London/South-East are specifically looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover the Home Counties. Covering this region, sites will include Offices, Assisted Living, Education and Health Care. No stay aways are required and sites are managed effectively to ensure work is clustered and all staff will be provided with a sensible work/life balance.
To apply for the Water Hygiene Engineer, the following experience is required:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer undertaking duties including tank cleans, water temp monitoring/sampling, descales, unvented cylinders, TMV servicing and disinfections.
- Knowledge of cooling towers/steam boilers and closed systems would be beneficial but full training offered.
- Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
- DBS check (enhanced preferred).
- Ability to cover the above areas.
The Water Hygiene Engineer will be given an extensive benefits package and opportunities to pick up other FM qualifications including plumbing, risk assessing and electrical.
