£38,000-£42,000 + Van + Benefits
Facility Management Consultancy who specialises in commercial re-fitout projects in the London/South-East are looking for an Approved Electrician to cover the Home Counties, covering sites including Offices, Assisted Living, Education and Health Care. No stay aways are required and you work alongside other disciplines including mechanical, plumbing and gas engineers.
Work will include:
- Inspecting existing electrical systems
- Installing new wiring, circuits, socket switches, lighting and specialist power systems
- Carrying out inspection and testing after the installation to confirm everything meets legal and safety standards
- Co-ordinating with other trades providing required certifications for all work carried out
To apply for the Approved Electrician role, the following experience is required:
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as an Approved Electrician
- 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2 or time-served equivalent
- Testing & Inspection (2391 or 2394/5)
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to cover the above areas
The Approved Electrician will be given an extensive benefits package, overtime and opportunities to pick up other FM qualifications.
