Specialist water services consultancy are looking to expand their engineering team and are currently looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join the business and cover commercial sites around North, and West London. Sites will include Schools, Care Homes and Offices. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is looking for further training opportunities, would prefer to work for a smaller company and have a greater exposure to looking after client partnerships.
To apply for the Water Hygiene Engineer position, the successful candidate will demonstrate a stable career background, an interest in picking up new skills and the flexibility to manage client and contract expectations (regional work provided).
Skill Set Summary:- 2+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer and ideally be working for a water consultancy.
- Be experienced in temperature monitoring, sampling, showerhead descales and TMV servicing.
- Experience in disinfections and mains injections beneficial – training provided.
- DBS checked (enhanced preferred).
- Legionella compliance monitoring.
- Water sampling, monitoring and temperature testing.
- TMV servicing and maintenance.
- Tank inspections and cleans.
- Showerhead and tap descales.
- Ensuring all sites are compliant to ACOP L8 & HSG274 guidelines.
The Water Hygiene Engineer will be provided with a full benefits package and unlimited overtime.
