Remedial Plumber with Water Hygiene covering the London Up to 36000- 43000 + Benefits + Vehicle UK based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their Southern team and are currently looking for a Remedial Plumber with a sound understanding of water hygiene to join the team and work on commercial sites in the London area. Regional work is provided, and you will have a project team to help co-ordinate work to ensure all sites are planned to minimise travel and maintain a healthy work/life balance. Key duties for the Remedial Plumber will include: * Working on plant/tank rooms undertaking leak detection on tanks/pipes and repairing/replacing any mains pipework. * Resolving other maintenance focussed plumbing issues including TMV install/replace, removal of deadlegs and replacing float valves. * Investigating and resolving any emergency plumbing issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the site. * Ensuring all sites are compliant and in lines with HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines * Basic water hygiene duties when needed including sampling, monitoring, flushing and tank cleans. * Maintaining site logbooks and highlighting recommendations for future work.
