£32000-£38000 + Van + Benefits (Overtime + Emergency Bonus)
Large Building Services Company who provides a host of services including water, gas, fire risk and electrical are expanding as a team and are currently looking for 2x Remedial Plumbers to join their compliance team and cover projects around Essex, Kent and London.
With the ability to offer regional work due to project locations, the Remedial Plumber role will come with specific training where needed, but it is expected the successful applicant will have the following background
* 5+ years working as a Remedial Plumber carrying out PPM, Reactive and where needed Upgrades/Small Installs.
* Hold minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing & Heating or similar
* Proven track record working on commercial settings
* Be based in the Essex, Kent or London area
* Knowledge working for a water consultancy carrying out basic water hygiene duties beneficial.
* Duties experience including – deadleg removals and capping, stabbing points, TMV servicing, pipe refits, routine water hygiene monitoring and testing
* Hold a full driving license
