Remedial Plumber – York – covering North & North-East
Up to £38,000 + Van + Benefits
With a UK coverage, our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, is currently looking for a Remedial Plumber to cover projects in the North and North-East. Employing over 100 staff, they are able to offer all staff the opportunity to pick up new qualifications and progress within the business moving into a team leading role in the future.
Skills summary for the Remedial Plumber:
- 5+ years’ experience working on commercial sites.
- Proven experience in:
- Diagnosing faults on existing systems
- Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings
- Carrying out reactive maintenance
- Ensuring systems are compliant to building and water regulations
- Carrying out legionella including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications
- Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating
Client sites will include Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Pubs, Social Housing, Public sector, and you will work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades.
