Project Team Manager – Basildon £36000-£42000 + Benefits (OFFICE BASED) Environmental Consultancy are looking to add to their operational team and currently require a Team Manager to run an existing division who are responsible for the work allocation and the management of clients across the UK, ensuring standards are delivered, SLA’s are met and new business opportunities are communicated through the company. Specialists in the legionella, fire and ventilation sector, the Team Manager does not need to come from this market, but experience in the Building Services or FM sector would be highly beneficial. This is not a sales role but will come with KPI’s for the team and Management Objectives. Skill set summary * A minimum of 5 years in a management/team leadership position. * Highly desirable if previous experience is within the Building Services or FM market. * Experienced interviewing, conducting 1-2-1’s, running training sessions and where required, issue resolution and disciplinaries. * Management of performance targets, identifying areas for growth and improvement * Superb communication skills * Experience running team meetings and client reviews (face to face and virtual) * This role will be 100% office based. The Team Manager will have supervisors to help co-ordinate the work and work allocation, they will be required to attend and present at board level once a month and will report into the Project Delivery Director.
