Maintenance Plumber – Static Site £30000-£35000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits A Maintenance Plumber is required to work on a static site in Central Nottingham carrying out remedial and maintenance plumbing as part of an existing team. The position will work across two sites in Nottingham therefore travel will be minimal, and all sites come with free parking and full expenses covered. To apply for the Maintenance Plumber, the successful applicant will have the following background: * Proven experience working in a remedial or maintenance plumbing position (commercial or domestic) ideally with some knowledge in legionella control being beneficial. * Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing with water compliance qualifications beneficial * Knowledge of heating, isolating systems, replacing fittings (taps, sinks etc..) and pipefitting would be beneficial * Full driving license * DBS checked Joining an existing plumbing and water hygiene team, the Maintenance Plumber will be tasked with helping to ensure the sites run smoothly, plumbing issues such as leaks, TMV installs and replacing appliances (if needed) is dealt with professionally and future work where needed is also identified. Duties for the Maintenance Plumber will include: * Install/modify pipework (15mm to 6”) * Deadleg removal * TMV installs/servicing * Replacing appliances such as taps, sinks etc. * Assisting with water hygiene duties such as sampling, monitoring and flushing of systems * General plumbing maintenance Offering a good work/life balance, the Maintenance Plumber will be provided with a full benefits package including van, mobile, expenses card and iPad, plus a training program tailored to everyone including G3 Unvented and Water Regs.
