A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its northern team by recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support a portfolio of high‑profile commercial clients across the North-East. Additional sites may include retail developments, high‑rise properties, industrial and healthcare facilities.
Experience Summary
- Over 4+ years' experience operating as a Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber, delivering planned, reactive and modifications/upgrades
- Experienced doing install where required.
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities including Sampling, Monitoring and Flushing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks including deadlegs, pipework modifications, TMV installs, tank/cylinder replacements
- Install new pipework where required.
- Maintaining site logbooks identifying additional work for site compliance
- Perform selected water hygiene duties where needed
- Mentor junior members of the team
